Mary has called Connecticut home for most of her life and brings a deep appreciation for its natural beauty to her role at Danco. She oversees the day-to-day operations of properties under Danco’s care, with particular focus on grounds, gardens, and outdoor spaces — making sure each home is well-maintained, welcoming, and beautifully landscaped through every season.
A lifelong passion for flowers and outdoor design pairs with a strong eye for detail and quality. Outside of work, Mary volunteers with local nonprofits, spends time with family and friends, and escapes when she can to North Truro, Massachusetts — her favorite seaside getaway.

Barbara has called Bridgewater home for over 40 years. Deeply rooted in the community, she brings genuine care and a neighborly spirit to her work with Danco — and is often the first point of contact for clients with property requests, questions, or concerns. Barbara is known for her reliability, kindness, and hands-on approach to making sure every detail gets handled.
Family is at the heart of everything she does. When she’s not assisting clients, Barbara enjoys spending time with her four grandsons — whether it’s cheering them on at games, helping with school projects, or simply enjoying a family meal together.

Tim is a master carpenter with over four decades of experience in his craft. He leads Danco’s carpentry team and supervises projects on site — bringing a deep understanding of building principles, an uncompromising eye for detail, and the kind of quality that defines Litchfield County’s finest homes. From historic restoration work to fine finish carpentry on new construction, Tim’s standards set the bar for the rest of the team.
Outside of work, he is a devoted family man who cherishes time with his loved ones, especially his grandchildren. He is also a passionate farmer and a skilled disc golf player — a reflection of the same patience and craftsmanship he brings to his work.
Orry is a true craftsman whose work ethic and attention to detail are evident in every project he touches. As lead carpenter, he works alongside Tim on the full range of Danco’s carpentry projects — from carefully executed repairs and exterior maintenance to renovation and finish work on the area’s most demanding homes.
His personal life is rooted in strong values, with family and community at its center. Those relationships shape his approach to both his craft and his work with the Danco team.
